Obsidian

This is a genuine piece of Obsidian from Mexico. It measures 10 cm (3.93 in) by 8 cm (3.15 in) by 20.5 cm (8.07 in) and weighs 2,429 grams. Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed when lava extruded from a volcano cools rapidly with minimal crystal growth. It is an igneous rock. Obsidian is known to shape a shield against negativity, supplying a grounding cord from the base chakra to the center of the earth.
